Motorhome Retrofits located in Parkstone, Poole, are seeking a full-time installer to join the team. This position is 40 hours per week, working 08.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
You would be installing and upgrading 12V automotive electrical products such as:

Motorhome Retrofits are the sister company of Advanced In-Car Tech who have been a German car brand retrofit & technology specialist since 2003. Both companies operate from the same business park but from different buildings. There are seven members of staff employed between both businesses.
Motorhome Retrofits was created in 2020, during Covid when “Staycationing” became the norm and thousands of people wanted better technology in their campervans & motorhomes. We have customers visiting us from Gibraltar, Germany, Holland, France, and many from Scotland as they travel South on their adventures.
We have hundreds of “Five Star” reviews online and two ecommerce websites. As a team, we work tirelessly to ensure that every customer receives a first-rate experience. Both brands have successful YouTube channels which bring in the majority of our installs and showcases the quality of our products and workmanship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet and greet customers and complete vehicle check-in.
• Complete installation of selected products to a very high standard.
• Working to timescales and your installation diary.
• Clear communication with customers regarding queries or concerns.
• Professional handover to customer including demonstration of products and setup.
• Collect remaining balance using the card machine.
• Complete final walkaround and vehicle check-out with customer.
