Job Description You will be dedicated to emission and energy efficiency test cell work as described: Start-up and shutdown of facilities: Chassis Dyno control systems (warm-up and preparation) Engine ECU data acquisition equipment Exhaust gas analysis and acquisition equipment Perform "safety check" before testing (follow check sheets) Install/exchange gas bottles for analyzers Support consumption follow-up and daily/weekly clean-up Vehicle preparation: Install acquisition equipment to full operational state Drain and refill fuel tank with correct test fuel Connect devices and power sources to guarantee no data loss Emission tests: Install car on dyno with additional measuring equipment (smoke, opacity, SOx analyser, data acquisition, etc.) Prepare emission test analyser, chassis dyno and test cell temperature Perform emission tests on different driving cycles and Coast down Ensure data availability on ECU and chassis dyno systems Complete daily chassis dyno occupation documents Conduct performance tests in Climatic Chamber (various temperatures) Shift work: Daytime / Eveningtime Qualifications Your Profile: Valuable experience in similar working area and automotive workshop Vocational training in Automotive, Mechanics, or similar (highly valuable) Experience in basic vehicle maintenance (wheels, brakes, battery & fluids) Work independently, organized, proactive and resolutive Team oriented MS-Office basic level Languages: Minimum B2 English level Added value if other language Additional Information Benefits: - Chance to work in a dynamic and challenging environment where you will be able to reach your full potential. - Constant learning and knowledge sharing with some of the most experienced engineers in the automotive industry. - We promote training and constant learning and we offer paid specialized training.
