The role is a part time position for One Day a week. Some hybrid/from home potential opportunities may apply as well. Responsibilities: Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized records of all title transactions and documentation. Verify and ensure compliance with state and federal title regulations. Assist customers/dealership with title-related inquiries and provide. Track and manage title inventory and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and submit necessary paperwork to state agencies. Stay updated on changes in automotive title laws and regulations. Requirements: Familiar with CVR /IL SOS/ ERT/ ATC. Proven experience in automotive title processing. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Familiarity with state DMV regulations and title laws. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and title processing software.
