You’ll be part of a tight-knit team at our corporate office, making sure titles and registrations are handled quickly, accurately, and by the book. What You’ll Do Own the Title Process: Handle vehicle titles and registrations (wholesale and retail) from start to finish. Stay Sharp: Make sure everything is accurate, complete, and compliant with the latest rules. Keep Things Moving: Track down missing info, follow up on out-of-state titles, and report any issues. Stay in the Know: Attend trainings and keep up with changing title laws and processes. Help the Team Level Up: Train F&I managers and sales staff when policies change or new processes roll out. Work Across Teams: Collaborate with buyers, auctions, and other departments to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Requirements Qualifications: Automotive industry experiences 1-2 years. Title/Registration knowledge. CDK experience Professional communication, verbal and written. Strong emphasis on customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
