Location: Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – Sudbury, Ontario
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive window tint installation experience, including different film types and shades.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive service or detailing environment.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle prep, glass cleaning techniques, and proper film application.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to flawless results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Automotive Window Tint Installation Manager to lead our tinting operations within the dealership. This role combines hands-on installation work with team leadership, ensuring every vehicle we deliver meets our high standards for appearance, performance, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry, skilled in applying various tint films to a wide range of vehicle makes and models, and capable of managing the day-to-day operations of the tint department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all aspects of the automotive window tinting process, from preparation to final quality inspection.
  • Perform professional-grade window tint installations on customer vehicles, dealership inventory, and service vehicles.
  • Schedule and coordinate tint jobs to ensure on-time completion for sales deliveries, service appointments, and special requests.
  • Train, mentor, and oversee tinting technicians to maintain efficiency, safety, and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to meet dealership and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of tint film, tools, and supplies; place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive manufacturer guidelines, warranty standards, and provincial regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the tinting bay.
