Description Alamo Auto Supply is currently hiring an automotive window tinter who has a minimum of 6 months experience performing window tint installation as well as quick accessory installations to match our high-quality standards. Tint plotter experience is preferred. Compensation and Benefits Alamo offers year-round full-time hours. Job Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Installation of window tint on vehicles o Able to hand-cut tint in addition to using our tint plotter o Install tint on all windows including windshield o Complete at least 3 full vehicles per day o Meet quality control standards to justify premium tint pricing · Sales support/custom quoting o Help sales team with questions relating to tint o Work with Installation Supervisor to quote custom tint jobs · Provide feedback to management about quality of tint material and tools necessary for the job · Diagnose and repair tint comebacks · Maintain tint shop cleanliness · Perform “quick product” installations Requirements Characteristics, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, electronic calendar and email. · Excellent communication and listening skills. · Excellent interpersonal and positive customer service skills and ability to relate to clients. · Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team. · Good organization skills and attention to details and accuracy. · Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Education and Experience: · High School diploma/GED and at least 6 months of automotive/tinting experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Valid Driver License required. · Tint plotter experience preferred. · Must possess automotive tools to perform job.
