ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Automotive Workshop Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our workshop. The ideal candidate will oversee task allocation, coordinate automotive repair and maintenance jobs, and ensure efficient workflow. This role requires knowledge of automotive systems and strong communication and organizational skills to guarantee customer satisfaction and seamless workshop operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and schedule daily automotive repair and maintenance tasks.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the workshop team, ensuring accurate communication of service requirements.
• Monitor the progress of repairs, maintenance, and installations to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Oversee the allocation of technicians based on skill and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and customer invoices.
• Coordinate the availability of parts, tools, and equipment needed for various automotive tasks.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work to meet company standards.
• Handle customer queries, provide updates, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Implement safety measures and maintain a clean, organized workshop environment.
• Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
