🚗 Remote Assistance Operator Location: Manor/Austin, TX (On-site) Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour Shifts are 6am to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 11pm Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends Schedule: Rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends Call 269-408-6738 7am to 7pm daily 🔍 What You’ll Do As a Remote Assistance Operator, you will: Watch and monitor self-driving cars using cameras and software tools. Step in remotely if something goes wrong or the car needs help. Record everything important that happens during your shift. Review trips and report any issues or strange behavior. Help analyze problems and improve the system. Share important info with the next shift team. 🧠 Who We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills: Experience in technical support, dispatch, IT, or operations. Good decision-making skills under pressure. High attention to detail. Comfortable with documentation and note-taking. Willing to learn about self-driving car systems. Nice-to-Have: Experience using maps, tracking tools, or remote control interfaces. Familiarity with how self-driving cars "think" (planning, perception). Background in log analysis or reviewing data. 🎮 Bonus Points If You: Have experience as a Remote Assistance Operator at companies like Cruise or Tesla. Play video games regularly (fast thinking and good hand-eye coordination help!). 🏢 Work Environment On-site at the Remote Operations Center in Austin. Work in rotating shifts — must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
