🚗 Vehicle Operations Specialist (Autonomous Vehicles) Location: San Jose, CA Pay: $28 – $40 per hour Schedule: Full-time (about 40 hours per week) CALL 269-408-6738 7am to 7pm daily Environment: In-person 🧭 What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Vehicle Operations Specialist to help safely test and operate self-driving vehicles. You’ll drive autonomous test cars, monitor their systems, and share feedback with engineers to improve performance. You’ll also represent the company during field testing, talk with the public, and help with day-to-day tasks that keep operations running smoothly. 🚙 Your Main Responsibilities Safely drive and monitor autonomous test vehicles for 5–6 hours per day. Watch how the vehicle behaves and report any issues or improvements to the team. Stay alert and make smart, safe decisions while driving. Help engineers and managers by giving clear, detailed feedback. Adapt to frequent updates in software and procedures. Represent the company in a positive, professional way. Assist with daily tasks — vehicle cleaning, garage organization, picking up team members, and other support work. Travel internationally (mostly Middle East and Europe) to help train new safety drivers. 🧰 What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as an Autonomous Vehicle Safety Driver or similar role. Strong focus on safety and professionalism. Excellent communication skills (fluent in English). Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record. Comfortable traveling overseas for extended periods (about 25% of the time). Team player with a passion for cars and new technology.
