Automotive Technician – Autonomous Vehicles 📍 Location: Dallas, TX (In-person) 💵 Pay: $24–$28/hr 🕒 Schedule: Full-time 📅 Contract Length: 1 year About the Job We’re hiring Automotive Technicians to help maintain and repair a fleet of autonomous (self-driving) electric vehicles. You’ll handle inspections, small repairs, and make sure all vehicles are safe and ready for the road. This job is perfect for skilled techs who want to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Available Shifts 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7AM–3PM 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2PM–10PM Weekend Shift: Sat & Sun, 10AM–10PM (You’ll stay on the same shift once assigned.) What You’ll Do Inspect and document vehicle damage after incidents Do light repairs and schedule major ones with partner shops Perform regular maintenance (brakes, fluids, tires, etc.) Transport vehicles for service, towing, and cleaning Keep the shop and fleet clean, safe, and organized Spot and report problems before they get worse What We’re Looking For ✅ Experience as an automotive technician (required) ⚡ Experience with electric vehicles (preferred) 🧠 Knowledge of car systems and diagnostic tools 🚗 Valid Texas driver’s license + clean record 💪 Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused 🤖 Comfortable working around advanced vehicle tech Why This Role Matters You’ll be helping to keep the company’s autonomous electric vehicle fleet running smoothly and safely.
