Welcome to Bosch. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled ‌AUTOSAR Software Project Manager‌ to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge automotive software solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee ‌human resource allocation, project cost control, and quality assurance‌ for AUTOSAR-based projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE) and client requirements. ‌Key Responsibilities‌ ‌Human Resource Management‌ Coordinate & consolidate project planning. Lead cross-functional teams (developers, testers, architects) to execute AUTOSAR software projects. Optimize resource allocation, track team performance, and address skill gaps through training. Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. ‌Project Cost Management‌ Develop and monitor budgets, identifying cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Analyze project risks (e.g., scope changes, technical delays) and mitigate impacts. Prepare project reports for senior management and clients. ‌Project Quality Management‌ Ensure on-time delivery and facilitate planning & retrospective events. Ensure quality of work products and facilitate change & defect management. Maintain configuration management systems. Oversee quality audits, defect tracking, and compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety. Implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., CI/CD pipelines for AUTOSAR tools). Qualifications ‌Qualifications‌ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in AUTOSAR software development or project management (preference for automotive sector). Proficiency in ‌DaVinci Configurator, RTA-CAR, Vector testing tools. Proficiency with project management tools, e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (certified PMP/PRINCE2 or AUTOSAR Professional Certification is a plus.)
