Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and selling AutoStore solutions across Finland. From spotting opportunities and building relationships to leading complex sales projects through to closing, you’ll be at the center of driving business success.

Working in close partnership with the local Kardex and AutoStore teams, you’ll consult customers on their logistics processes and craft tailored, high-impact solutions that deliver measurable value. This will specifically involve:

  • Identifying and developing new AutoStore opportunities in Finland
  • Leading the full sales cycle: acquisition, design, simulation, offer, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborating with logistics consultants and technical teams to propose optimal solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Contributing to a startup-minded, fast-growing business environment within Kardex.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
