Ready to take the next step in your home care career?
Build your future in care — with genuine opportunities to study NVQ Levels 4 & 5
Are you an experienced Care Coordinator, Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor, Care Team Leader or Senior Caregiver who knows you’re capable of more? Perhaps you’re already taking on additional responsibility, helping with rotas, arranging cover or supporting colleagues — and now you’re ready to develop those skills further.
If you’re someone who cares deeply about the people you provide care to, takes pride in doing things properly and has the commitment and ambition to progress, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
We’re working with a highly regarded and growing home care provider, based in attractive, modern premises in Gosport, who are looking for a dedicated and motivated Care Coordinator to join their team.
And this role offers something particularly exciting for someone who wants to build a long-term career in care: Genuine opportunities to develop your career and study NVQ Levels 4 & 5.
This means you won’t simply be stepping into your next job — you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, gain further qualifications and work towards future senior and management roles within the care sector.
Your care experience matters
Moving into care coordination doesn’t mean leaving care behind. In fact, your care experience is exactly what makes you valuable in this role. You understand what clients and their families need. You understand the challenges care workers face. And you understand how important reliability, continuity, compassion and communication are to delivering excellent care.
You don’t need years of previous Care Coordinator experience, now you’ll have the opportunity to use that experience in a different way, helping to coordinate high-quality care, support your colleagues and make a positive difference.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working alongside the Registered Care Manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring clients receive safe, consistent and person-centred care, while supporting the care team who deliver it.
