RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE: Ejecución y control de ingresos y liquidación de rutas Cobranza de cartera local y elaboración de vales Escaneo de PoD´s o folios Levantamiento de inventarios de activos fijos Datos maestros de clientes Levantar Orden de compras, cafetería y mantenimiento agencia Inventarios de producto a rutas de reparto Captura de devoluciones Elaboración facturación y notas de crédito LO QUE NECESITAS PARA TENER ÉXITO: HABILIDADES, EXPERIENCIAS Y CUALIFICACIONES: Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración Experiencia previa en operaciones de consumo masivo o DSD (centros de distribución) Conocimientos de ERP SAP Manejo de office, indispensable Excel (tablas dinámicas, manejo de datos) Experiencia en actividades administrativas de liquidaciones, cobranza cartera local, folios, activos fijos, inventarios, facturas, notas de crédito.
