Conocer el manual de dietas y protocolos para llevar a cabo de forma efectiva la entrega de dietas a los pacientes: a. Cubrir con vinipel y colocar rótulos de las dietas que lo requieran. b. Conocer y velar por el cumplimiento estricto de protocolo de clínica con respecto a la adecuada presentación de una dieta. c. Cumplir con el protocolo de servicio y de seguridad del paciente establecido para la entrega de las dietas. d. Reportar inmediatamente a su líder cualquier novedad que se presente en el punto o área de trabajo. e. Apoyo en entregas de dietas en los pisos cuando sea requerido por el líder inmediato. f. Deben mantenerse al día con las novedades de manual de dietas e instrucciones dadas por el líder inmediato. 2. Garantizar la entrega de dietas en excelentes condiciones desde el alistamiento hasta la entrega del plato, cumpliendo con estándares de calidad: a. Realizar alistamiento (lavado, pelado, corte, etc.) de frutas, gelatinas, sándwich, bebidas frías o calientes en los diferentes tiempos de servicio que lo ameriten. (Onces y cena). b. Realizar pruebas organolépticas de los alimentos antes de ensamblarlos. c. Organizar las papeletas entregadas para ensamblar los alimentos y cubiertos d. Dictar las dietas para ensamble en los diferentes tiempos de comidas. e. Verificar que la loza cumpla con limpieza y desinfección antes de ser utilizada.
