Ejecutaras de manera eficiente y segura las labores de carga y descarga de mercancías al granel (congelada, refrigerada y seca) en contenedores, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad e higiene establecidos por la empresa. Responsabilidades Realizar la carga y descarga manual de mercancías a granel o en cajas individuales dentro de los contenedores. Verificar el estado físico de los productos al momento de la carga y descarga, reportando cualquier anomalía. Manipular la mercancía siguiendo las buenas prácticas de almacén y normas de seguridad e higiene. Cumplir con las metas de productividad establecidas por el área. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y libre de obstáculos. Utilizar correctamente los equipos de protección personal asignados. Apoyar en tareas adicionales relacionadas con la recepción y despacho de mercancía. Requisitos Educación básica completada. Experiencia previa en carga y descarga de mercancías, preferiblemente en contenedores al granel. Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de almacén. Residir en Boca Chica o zonas cercanas. Condición física adecuada para realizar labores de esfuerzo físico continuo. Disponibilidad inmediata y para trabajar en cámaras de frío. Habilidades claves Responsabilidad y puntualidad. Trabajo en equipo. Atención al detalle. Orientación a la productividad y cumplimiento de metas. Capacidad de adaptación a condiciones de frío y esfuerzo físico.
