Description The Auxiliary Program Administrative Assistant is a full time position and is responsible for supporting the daily operations of all Auxiliary Programming; Before & After School Programs, Summer Camps, and Facility Rentals. This position reports to the Director of Auxiliary Programs. This role will be on campus Monday through Friday and the hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and there may be some need for flexibility. Compensation: $60,000-$62,000 per year Responsibilities: Oversee auxiliary program and facility rental vendor and client bookings and logistics Review and screen auxiliary program vendor and facility rental inquiries Oversee staff coverage schedules Maintain departmental calendars Reserve and coordinate program space Manage and update all program and rental permits and licenses Post and update informational materials for all auxiliary programming including summer camps Manage online registration systems for auxiliary programs including summer camps Draft program communications Manage logistical communications with families and employees Order inventory and maintain program supplies Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package that includes: 403(b) with school match Medical Vision HSA & FSA Life Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Winter, Spring and Summer Break Tuition Remission Professional Development Daily Lunch Gym Access Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Has a passion and ability to connect with students at the preschool/elementary/middle school age level (3-15 years old) Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills verbally and in writing Proficiency in Excel and GSuite Proficiency with database management systems. Knowledge of CampBrain, SchoolPass, Blackbaud, Square, and Smartwaiver is a plus.
