Manager AV Design and Operations: Audio Video Manager is expected to play the pivotal role in bringing the latest enhancements to the AV solutions at the different PwC offices Excellent academic track record and technical acumen to support the best-in-class computing infrastructure with a bachelor degree BCA / MCA / B. Tech or any IT related professional qualification. Extensive knowledge with demonstrated experience in Design and Operations of Conference rooms, Webcasting and Streaming Video systems. Documentation skills to create documentation of IT systems in collaboration spaces ranging from Network devices, audio-visual systems, video conferencing and related activities like asset tracking and maintenance, SOPs, templates, reports. Able to work flexible work hours, be self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines. Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is comfortable dealing with a variety of end users, including C level executives, talent, various internal stakeholders (Network Engineering, Facilities, etc.) external vendors. Experience with audio-visual conference room/presentation equipment required with Major OEMs like Cisco, Lightware, Crestron, Extron, Crown, Scala etc. Should be able to lead the team in performing RCA for the incidents Strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills Should have independent decision-making skill and able to handle escalations. Capability to think out of box and keen to work on an extremely dynamic environment. Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. The desired profile combines technical expertise, creativity, collaboration skills, and a commitment to delivering polished media products. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, design and implement AV system components such as LCD/Plasma displays, DLP projection systems, HD camera systems, remote content management solutions (Scala/Bright sign), Crestron control systems, microphones, speakers, video/audio distribution amplifiers, scalars, switchers, and power distribution. Review work of third-party audio/video integrators to ensure the implementation are in compliant with PwC standards. Identify and provide support for Unified Communications platforms including integration into AV systems, video conferencing platforms and other IT tools as necessary. Review and manage advanced programming allowing for a single point of control for audio visual systems using Crestron control processors and other devices integrations. Periodic maintenance and maintain uptime for the AV implementations across PwC offices in India. Execute Project/Production management of live streaming with Integrators/ Third part vendors of live events such as Global Town Halls, conferences, and "VIP" presentations. Supporting business meetings across locations with the SPOC role to ensure the AV / VC equipment is set up appropriately and is operational. Review and ensure best practices are followed in all aspects of the role and advising on constant improvements to the system where necessary.
