Red LED Ltd are industry experts working with LED and LCD screens. We are a well established company with a global client base and an excellent reputation. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a full time AV Installations Engineer to join our technical team and has experience working with LED and LCD screens.
You will work within a busy team, your role will include installations, commissioning, testing and providing ongoing support to our clients. You will be a well-respected member of our growing team and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and bring your own expertise to our exciting projects with the opportunity for progression within your department.
As an AV Installations Engineer, you will work on projects with your team, managing your own workload with the support of the General Manager. You will be required to work alone, which will include installations, customer support and maintenance. You will be required to support other areas of the business providing technical advice so a warm, presentable approach is a must.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum basic experience working with LED and LCD screens
• Demonstrate knowledge of the installation and commissioning of Audio / Visual systems across a range of technologies
• Demonstrate knowledge of current and prevalent standards and licencing requirements that govern works within the Audio / Visual space.
• A working knowledge of structured cabling systems as one of the foundations of a system that supports an IP based AV installation
• Experience in working to design drawings, schematics and proposals for AV installations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy whilst completing documentation in all its forms
• A sound understanding of health and safety
• Excellent customer facing manner
• Flexible approach to working location and times as due to working with major supermarkets, some out of hours work may be necessary from time to time
• UK Driving Licence
• CSCS / ECS Card

ENHANCED REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of LED and Nova star processing, knowledge of projection, video switchers, scalers and distribution
• 1+ year experience within a similar role
