Description

We are looking for an Installation Technician to join our growing AV team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for commercial installation and maintenance of all audio, visual and control hardware and software systems. Remote + On Site service calls will also be part of the role. You must have prior experience as an installer and keen to work in a hands-on environment.
Industry training will be supported financially by Runtech, which will contribute to your career and personal development. This role is full-time, based in London.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Prior installation experience working with commercial AV products
  • Mid level knowledge of dealing with networked devices, setting IP’s etc
  • Experience in the audio visual industry is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Proactive attitude
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Follow all system documentation such as project scope of works, system schematics, rack elevations, room elevations, mechanical and electrical mark ups and furniture.
  • Work alongside our AV installation team to perform successful project installations.
  • First line support.
  • Administrative duties including completing installation and service call reports.
  • Travel to various job sites as required (Travel is paid)
