We have a fantastic opportunity for an AV Investment and Trading Account Manager to work with us in our busy investment team.
This role is fast paced and varied, it will suit numerate candidates who are commercially savvy and business focused.
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the investment and client teams, enabling them to meet deadlines in a timely fashion and playing a larger role in project delivery. It is also an opportunity to develop your negotiation skills for the benefit of ARM clients.
We are looking for a fast learner with a finance or business qualification, great admin and communication skills, a dynamic, creative thinker, who is passionate about all things media. This is a true opportunity to make your mark within an expanding agency!

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination of the agency buying teams to ensure value delivery, quality delivery and reconciliations are being achieved
  • Monitor the monthly and annual trading positions of clients by media owner
  • Supply the buying teams with all the relevant AV information required to produce TV plans
  • Co-ordinate and run a weekly buyers’ meeting
  • Problem solving when low level trading issues arise
  • Regular liaison with media owners to ensure all administrative duties are being carried out
  • Tracking of market conditions to identify opportunities for our clients
  • Regular liaison between the Trading Team and Finance to mitigate against invoice and/or account queries
  • Proactively read the trade press and share relevant information internally
  • Proficient in basic admin including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience using the following systems:
  • Excel, Brand Ocean/Media Explorer, Caria, Echo, TechEdge/CFlight, BARB, AdDynamix, Mediatel, Profiles, TGI
