We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic AV Investment and Trading Account Manager to join our amazing team in London. You will work closely with the Board Director and Head of AV to deliver maximum media investment optimisation and provide support to both the investment and client teams. It is also an opportunity to develop your negotiation skills and value tracking expertise.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

We’re looking for a strong AV Investment and Trading Account Manager with the ability to lead and influence!
You will come in and hit the ground running - managing key media owner relationships and be the first point of contact for the client teams. People are key to our success and the ability to work well with others is essential.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ideally 2 – 4 years’ experience within either a media agency or media owner business, in a buying or trading team role.
Those with experience in other businesses such as (but not limited to) finance, auditing, or marketing will be considered for a strong candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination of the client buying teams to ensure value delivery, quality delivery and reconciliations are being achieved
  • Monitor the monthly and annual trading positions of clients by media owner
  • Supply the buying teams with all the relevant AV information required to produce TV plans
  • Co-ordinate and run a weekly buyers’ meeting
  • Problem solving when low level trading issues arise
  • Regular liaison with media owners to ensure all administrative duties are being carried out
  • Tracking of market conditions to identify opportunities for our clients
  • Regular liaison between the Trading Team and Finance to mitigate against invoice and/or account queries
  • Proactively read the trade press and share relevant information internally
  • Proficient in basic admin including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience using the following systems:
  • Excel, Brand Ocean/Media Explorer, Caria, Echo, TechEdge/CFlight, BARB, AdDynamix, Mediatel, Profiles, TGI
