Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Manager to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the AV Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all audio-visual operations, ensuring seamless execution of events, and managing a team of AV professionals in our state-of-the-art facilities. Lead and manage the audio-visual department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff Plan, coordinate, and execute AV setups for various events, conferences, and productions Develop and maintain AV equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and upgrades Create and manage budgets for AV operations and equipment purchases Collaborate with clients, event planners, and other departments to understand and meet AV requirements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions Stay current with the latest AV technologies and industry trends, implementing innovations as appropriate Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Provide technical expertise and support for complex AV projects Develop and implement standard operating procedures for AV operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV management or a related role Strong knowledge of audio-visual systems, equipment, and latest technologies Proven experience in project management and event production Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry preferred Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D are highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required Willingness to relocate to Phu Quoc, Vietnam Additional Information What awaits you...
