Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver Tier III technical support directly on-site, ensuring rapid resolution of complex issues.
  • Log, track, and update service requests using helpdesk software to maintain accurate support records.
  • Conduct thorough pre-event system checks for high-profile meetings and operational exercises.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during live events and mission-critical exercises.
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of integrated audiovisual systems.
  • Configure and update device settings to ensure peak performance and compliance with security protocols.
  • Create detailed documentation and maintain backups of all equipment configurations.
  • Manage inventory levels and generate reports for required consumables and replacement parts.
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the customer and Bridges System Integration, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions to end-users, empowering them to operate systems confidently and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on equipment lifecycle status, including notifications of end-of-sale or end-of-support milestones from manufacturers.
