RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide on-site, tier III response.
  • Record and update the status of service calls in helpdesk software.
  • Perform pre-checks for high-profile meetings and exercises.
  • Provide on-site support for Real World Events and exercises.
  • Manage and maintain integrated audiovisual systems.
  • Provide control system code edits to maintain or restore system functionality.
  • Maintain inventory and generate reports of consumables needed.
  • Act as the on-site liaison between the customer and Bridges System Integration.
  • Provide comprehensive training to customers on system functionality, as needed.
