Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of AV equipment and perform regular checklists to ensure the readiness of meeting spaces.
  • Support video production and post-production activities, including basic videography, lighting setup, audio capture, and editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
  • Provide music playback and light DJ functionality for events using platforms such as Spotify, virtual DJ software, or similar tools.
  • Provide live AV support for on-site and hybrid meetings, events, and presentations, including company town halls, executive briefings, and special functions.
  • Operate, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems, projectors, microphones, mixers, and control panels.
  • Set up, test, and operate AV systems for livestreaming via Microsoft Teams, including camera switching, audio balancing, screen sharing, and remote participant management.
  • Install, configure, and maintain VTC codec equipment (e.g., Polycom, Cisco) and desktop or room-based conferencing systems.
  • Provide end-user support for devices (laptops, tablets, mobile phones) used in AV/Teams functions.
  • Schedule and support point-to-point, multi-point, and ad-hoc audio/video conferences, including dry runs and rehearsals.
  • Train staff, executives, and support techs on the use of AV/Teams systems and tools.
  • Coordinate with facilities, IT teams, and external vendors for setup, repairs, upgrades, and event logistics.
  • Support video production and post-production activities, including basic videography, lighting setup, audio capture, and editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
  • Provide music playback and light DJ functionality for events using platforms such as Spotify, virtual DJ software, or similar tools.
  • Support the management of digital media, including digital signage systems, event recordings, streaming archives, and company media assets.
  • Prepare meeting binders, signage, and digital assets needed for corporate events and communications.

EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Freshers and IT Students are also welcome but with IT backgrounds.
