REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Demonstrated technical experience in the audio-visual field.
· Relevant engineering certifications with a focus on audio-visual and conference room equipment.
· Current CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) Certification is required.
· Experience with implementing and supporting AV solutions for corporate conference rooms.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting collaboration technologies like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
· Proven project management and vendor management skills.
· Familiarity with ITIL principles and experience with a service management platform like ServiceNow.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Provide expert-level implementation, maintenance, and support for audio-visual and conference room technologies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Surface HUB, Polycom, and other AV equipment.
· Support and manage collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom, to ensure a high-quality user experience.
· Manage AV-related projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
· Act as a key point of contact for vendor management, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of services.
· Maintain documentation and adhere to ITIL principles for incident, problem, and change management.
· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors, providing clear and concise updates.
