Innovative Solutions is hiring a commissioning-focused AV designer with strong Vectorworks, Q-SYS, Dante, and AHM experience. If you’ve worked in worship AVL or commercial AV, know how to turn a vision into a design set, and love fine-tuning systems until they just work—this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create AVL system designs in Vectorworks
• Commission systems (Dante, DSP, Q-SYS, AHM, Biamp)
• Program control systems (Q-SYS, Kramer and others)
• Build and share system docs, schematics, and user guides
• Work directly with integrators, consultants, and clients

What You Bring

• 5+ years of AVL design or commissioning experience
• Strong Vectorworks drafting skills
• Dante Level 2+ (or daily experience routing networks)
• DSP configuration (AHM and QSys strongly preferred)
• AV control system knowledge
• CTS or CTS-D (or willing to get it in 12 months)
