Job Description Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment for events and daily operations Provide internet connectivity support for meetings, conferences, and events Troubleshoot AV and network-related issues promptly to ensure smooth execution Deliver excellent service to event organizers, ensuring all technical requirements are met Coordinate with internal teams to support functions and special events Maintain AV equipment in good working condition Qualifications Previous experience in AV operations, preferably in a premium hotel or hospitality environment Basic knowledge of network/internet systems is an advantage Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Service-oriented mindset with good communication skills Additional Information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
