SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Terminate cables, including category cables; use of power tools and installation tools
• Troubleshooting, quality checks, servicing abilities, problem-solving abilities
• Basic network knowledge
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Capable of lifting heavy loads (must be able to lift 50 lbs) and working on ladders and lifts
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract that meets Epic Luxury driving standards

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years of audio-visual installation experience preferred
• Speaking Mandarin is a plus

• Work with the Lead Tech or Production Manager to complete installation projects
• Install and assemble AV equipment and interconnect based on instructions
• Communicate daily with teams on the progress of projects and tasks
• Work on commercial facilities, residential homes, and construction sites
• Assist in the prep and de-prep of equipment and provide general warehouse support
• Ensure proper storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment
• Perform other duties as required
