What You’ll Be Doing * Operate and monitor all AV systems during nightly shows, ensuring smooth playback and a flawless guest experience. * Perform pre-show, in-show, and post-show checks on projection, lighting, audio, control, and networking systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly in a live operational environment. * Maintain all AV equipment in excellent working condition in collaboration with the AV Supervisor, Lumina team, and Moment Factory. * Follow established procedures for operating the in-house AV control system. * Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, and hardware calibration. * Support seasonal installation, calibration, and de-installation of AV equipment. * Uphold safety protocols while handling, installing, and servicing AV systems. * Communicate effectively with team members, providing detailed handovers and issue reporting. * Contribute to enhancing the guest experience before and after shows, aligning with Lumina’s creative and operational vision. * Assisting with seasonal trail maintenance across the Lumina course including snow clearing or gritting Ready to Light Up the Night?
