To operate, maintain and repair all aspects if the hotel A/V systems and equipment in accordance with approved standards to achieve optimum operating efficiency of equipment at all times. To delight customer at all customer contacts.
· Sets up the following:
o Projectors
o Sound Systems
o Video conferencing equipment
o LCD or plasma screens
o Video & still cameras
o Image editing software & lighting
· Sets up equipment according to the instruction based on the Banquet Events Order (BEO) or client.
· Tests equipment before the event and operating the equipment during rehearsal, testing, and during the event.
· Deals with all aspects of Audio Visual System set up checking, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all equipment as needed.
· Manages equipment booking and tracking system.
· Training other banquet staff members on how to use & operate equipment.
· Checks venue’s AV equipment and recommending or organizing upgrades when necessary.
· Assists the guests during the events.
Performs other duties assigned by management.
