This advertisement is recruiting for the position of AVA Executive.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary school located in Toa Payoh.
Contract Period: from 01 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours :

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

THE PERSONNEL SHALL MINIMALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• preferably with experience in a Singapore school’s environment will be an advantage
• is able to work well in a team.
• possesses functional verbal and communication skills in English
• possession of relevant experience in logistic maintenance and inventory management will be an advantage Candidates will be required to attend an interview with the school management to assess suitability for the post.
