Qualifications What we're looking for: Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing and motivating people Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with people at all levels A positive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to lead from the front Previous retail, merchandising, stock management, or replenishment experience is advantageous but not essential Additional Information Why join us?
