Job Description Position: Avature Consultant Location: Remote Long term: JD: To thrive as an Avature Specialist or Administrator, you need strong knowledge of talent acquisition workflows, human resources practices, and experience with applicant tracking systems, with direct Avature platform expertise. * Familiarity with HRIS tools, data integration, and Avature certifications (L4), proficiency with Excel and reporting modules. * Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills. * Configuring workflows and modules, troubleshooting user issues, updating system settings, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to support ongoing talent acquisition efforts. * Generate and analyze recruitment reports, provide end-user training, and participate in meetings to identify system improvement opportunities. * The role is dynamic, often requiring proactive problem-solving and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors is common, making teamwork and communication essential skills for success.
