QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a centralized support role and familiar with recruiting processes.
  • Proven experience with ATS systems, preferably Avature.
  • Ideally, you have experience in working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and Jira.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in building simple reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support recruiting activities and provide
  • actionable insights.
  • Create and manage email templates with additional conditions for sending, including scheduled
  • actions, to streamline communication within recruiting services.
  • Optimize low-complexity workflows, ensuring they align with the internal change request process
  • and IT requirements.
  • Perform dataset changes upon request and design and manage forms used in the Talent
  • Acquisition process to enhance data collection and processing.
  • Customize views and themes within the ATS to improve user experience and interface.
  • Create and maintain job templates to standardize job postings and streamline the recruitment
  • process.
  • Develop and manage sign-up portals for recruiting services, ensuring they meet organizational
  • needs
  • Handle user creation by filling out necessary sheets and ensuring proper access and permissions.
