Description Cutter Aviation is searching for an energetic and eager Administrative Intern. This function will serve to assist management and must be an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service. Administrative assistants perform general clerical tasks, generally on behalf of a leader in the organization. If you are highly motivated and organized then this might just be the job for you. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner Manage communication including emails and phone calls Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES: Proven ability to interact in a team environment and work effectively with peers to accomplish objectives. Must be a self starter able to operate with minimal supervision. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize objectives, maintain focus and demonstrate a results-oriented work ethic. Professional in appearance and mannerisms Able to develop a friendly rapport Requirements EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Must be currently enrolled in College Courses OTHER REQUIREMENTS Able to pass a drug screening test Able to pass a background check Clean driving record. PERFORMANCE FACTORS Attendance and Dependability: Employee must report to work at the scheduled time and seldom be absent or late. Employee must be able to complete work in an accurate, timely, thorough manner and be conscientious about assignments. Routinely exhibits a sense of urgency to get the job done.
