Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Supervise and manage all administrative tasks.
  • Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR), create Purchase Orders (PO) from Out-line Agreements (OA), and monitor payments and tax invoices.
  • Perform month-end inventory tasks, including stock reviews, documentation, and write-offs in SAP.
  • Assist with overtime claims and verify accuracy before submission.
  • Drive refueling vehicles when required (optional).
  • Assist in maintaining aviation equipment, ensuring compliance with JIG standards, and managing spare parts.
  • Implement and support Safety Management Systems (SMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and other controls.
  • Coordinate with contractors for vehicle maintenance, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Record and enter data into AVR/E-FUELING systems during daily closings.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and file them appropriately.
  • Report equipment failures or incidents, assist in investigations, and arrange repairs.
  • Schedule and organize staff training (both regular and contract employees).
  • Participate in emergency response drills and be ready to act during real emergencies.

A. FORMAL EDUCATION:

  • Diploma / Technical College
  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English (both spoken and written)

B. EXPERIENCE :

i. At least some experience in accounting or administrative operations with sound theoretical and practical knowledge
ii. Computer literacy is required
