PURPOSE:
Provide customer support services to vendors, customers and operations teams by delivering timely and accurate reporting on work orders and provide status updates on customer account activity. This position requires an individual who is detail oriented with a strong work ethic
Mandatory Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in repair/overhaul or technical environments.Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion without close supervision.
