We’re looking for an Aviation Logistics Consultant to help implement our platform across Air Force units, with additional implementation opportunities in the navy. Note: All projects are conducted on client premises, working directly with military personnel to ensure seamless integration and mission alignment. This position requires eligibility for a security clearance Your mission Lead the implementation of ILIAS software in Air Force aviation environments, ensuring alignment with operational goals and regulatory standards. Translate operational needs into digital solutions that enhance fleet readiness, maintenance efficiency, and supply chain visibility. Support airworthiness compliance across EMAR, EASA, and U.S. DoD/USAF frameworks. Train and guide end-users, from maintainers to commanders, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and military stakeholders. Contribute to broader defense projects, including naval logistics. Your capabilities 10+ years of experience in Air Force or aviation logistics, maintenance, or operations (experience with Navy or joint military logistics is a plus). Strong understanding of military aviation sustainment, maintenance cycles, and logistics systems. Familiarity with airworthiness standards, including EMAR, EASA. Experience with enterprise logistics software or military LIS platforms. Project and change management skills, with the ability to lead transformation in complex environments. Excellent communication and advisory skills, with a mission-first mindset. Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations internationally.
