In this role, you will teach courses across General, Airframe, and Powerplant subject areas in accordance with FAA regulations and our school’s curriculum. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, teaching ability, and a passion for mentoring future aviation professionals. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, lectures, labs, and demonstrations in general, airframe, and powerplant subject areas. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and practical applications; provide timely and constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress in compliance with FAA and institutional standards. Collaborate with colleagues to review, update, and enhance curriculum to ensure alignment with FAA Part 147 regulations and industry best practices. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and new technologies to keep instructional content relevant. Assist in the care and organization of classrooms, labs, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and effective learning environment. Participate in professional development, including FAA updates, industry workshops, and training sessions. Represent the school at recruitment events, industry conferences, and community engagements to promote programs and build partnerships. Support students with academic advising, career guidance, and job placement preparation. Why Join Us?
