AIRCRAFT QUALITY INSPECTOR – HEAVY MRO

We are hiring experienced Quality Inspectors to join our team, ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards for commercial aircraft maintenance in a heavy MRO environment. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current and valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License
  • Minimum 5 years of inspection experience in a commercial aircraft heavy maintenance (MRO) environment
  • Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and quality assurance procedures
  • Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement devices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance
  • Ability to work day or night shifts with overtime as needed
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform in-process and final inspections on aircraft, components, and systems in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements
  • Verify that all maintenance, repairs, and alterations are completed to approved data and airworthiness standards
  • Review maintenance records and work packages for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to validate work quality
  • Identify and document non-conformances, working with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Ensure all inspection activities are thoroughly documented and compliant with regulatory guidelines
