JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven Aviation Sales Representative (MRO Partnerships) to exclusively build relationships with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organizations. This role is designed for professionals who either work directly in the MRO sector or possess a strong, established network within the aviation maintenance community.
This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity ideal for aviation professionals with sales and business development experience who understand the MRO landscape and can open doors with key decision-makers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in aviation B2B sales with a strong preference for candidates with direct MRO connections
  • Existing network in aviation maintenance (MROs, AOG services, aircraft maintenance planners, OEM support teams) is required
  • Currently working for or with an MRO is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with aircraft movements, ferry logistics, or maintenance operations
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial or startup-style environments is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present proposals professionally to technical and executive audiences
  • Experience selling aviation services and/or parts to key decision makers
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and able to work independently
  • Must have reliable internet access and U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities
  • Identify, contact, and develop relationships with MRO facilities across the U.S. and internationally
  • Build strong connections with maintenance planners, hangar managers, AOG coordinators, and decision-makers within MROs
  • Position our aircraft ferry and repositioning solutions as a value-added service for MRO clients needing to move aircraft to/from maintenance locations
  • Track industry activity such as scheduled maintenance cycles, aircraft transitions, and AOG events to time outreach effectively
  • Leverage your personal network within the MRO and maintenance planning community to generate qualified leads and referrals
  • Maintain a consultative sales approach, emphasizing regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Work closely with internal operations staff to secure accurate quotes, permits, crew, and documentation for ferry assignments
  • Manage the full sales cycle with MRO clients—from prospecting to signed agreement—before handing off to the operations team for execution
  • Record all activities, opportunities, and communications in CRM tools with clear status tracking
