Position Summary – Security Account Manager (Aviation) The Security Account Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and the culture of Andy Frain Services at one of the most dynamic air cargo hubs in the country. This position requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to foster a high-performance environment through creative operational thinking and proactive problem-solving. The Account Manager provides strategic direction, oversight, and accountability for all security operations, ensuring compliance with client requirements and TSA security programs. This includes managing a 24/7 operation with a team of supervisors, security officers, and cargo screeners in a fast-paced aviation environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting engagement and adherence to Andy Frain’s core values and service culture. * Maintain direct and collaborative relationships with client leadership to ensure contract compliance, exceptional customer service, and operational efficiency. * Oversee staffing plans for Supervisors, Officers, and Cargo Screeners, ensuring coverage and compliance with TSA, SIDA, SSPAC and other aviation security requirements. * Drive operational and financial performance of the account, including budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Attend client and management meetings, training sessions, and audits as required. * Conduct ongoing assessments of staff performance and implement strategies for professional development and retention. Qualifications Qualifications: * Proven leadership experience in security operations, preferably in an air cargo or aviation environment. * Strong knowledge of TSA Security Programs, SIDA processes, cargo screening protocols, and airport/warehouse operations. * Ability to manage complex logistics in a 24/7 operational setting. * Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills with a focus on client satisfaction and team success.
