Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and integration teams to resolve technical issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in avionics or aerospace assembly preferred. 2+ years experience in avionics harnessing, preferably in aerospace or satellite manufacturing. Proficient with harness dressing standards and practices in aerospace environments. Familiarity with CIRRIS or similar harness testing systems is a plus. IPC/WHMA-A-620 or NASA workmanship certification is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment with PPE as required. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in Aerospace, Avionics, LEO satellite assembly, avionics bay integration, or flight hardware installations is desired. Hands-on experience with bonded connectors, backshell assembly, EMI shielding, and bracket installations.
