Job Description

• Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex hardware and software projects within the aerospace domain.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and Panasonic’s internal processes.
• Track and report project progress using tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in aerospace or avionics.
• Strong understanding of hardware and embedded systems development.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with FAA or other regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with Avionics products or similar in-flight entertainment systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
