Our team is committed to excellence, safety, and precision in every project. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Avionics Technician to join our dynamic and dedicated team.
Position Summary: The Avionics Technician is responsible for performing troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of avionics systems on helicopters. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently or as part of a team to ensure all avionics equipment meets regulatory and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • TCAA Approved Avionics or Accredited Avionics course.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Avionics Technician, preferably in a helicopter maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of helicopter electrical and avionics systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (FAA, Transport Canada) for avionics maintenance and installation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and safety.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with AIRBUS AS350B3,H120, EC130B4/EC130T2/H130, EC135/H135, and EC145/H145 avionics systems.
  • Familiarity with common avionics software and testing equipment.
  • Transport Canada license (AME).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic testing on helicopter avionics systems.
  • Install, inspect, repair, and maintain avionics systems and components, including navigation, communication, and flight control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including FAA, Transport Canada, and company policies.
  • Perform software updates, calibrations, and equipment modifications as required.
  • Document all work completed in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to achieve timely, effective repairs and installations.
  • Participate in regular training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on industry advancements.
