We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing avionics systems on a wide range of aircraft. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our avionics equipment meets operational and safety standards, providing hands-on technical support to clients and colleagues. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems and components on various aircraft. Perform functional testing, calibrations, and system diagnostics to ensure avionics systems operate correctly. Interpret and follow technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and repair equipment issues. Work closely with engineering teams to provide input on system designs and improvements. Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and industry regulations during all work. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent avionics malfunctions. Document maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with team members and management to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Associate's degree or technical certification in Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as an Avionics Technician or in a similar role within the aerospace industry. In-depth knowledge of avionics systems, electronics, and aircraft instruments. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify and fix problems efficiently. Familiarity with avionics testing equipment and tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and other diagnostic tools). Understanding of FAA regulations and other industry standards related to avionics. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
