Sous la supervision du Directeur du Centre-Auto, le titulaire du poste est responsable de l’accueil des clients au comptoir du service et du lien qui existe entre le client et le mécanicien. Il doit également communiquer aux clients par téléphone.

SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Director of the Auto-Center, the incumbent is responsible for welcoming customers to the service counter and represent the relationship between the client and the mechanic. It must also communicate to customers by phone.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma obtained / Diploma of professional studies in consultative sales
  • Excellent knowledge of auto mechanics
  • Experience in customer service and a technical advisory role an asset
  • Ability to work with computerized systems
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Communicate in French and English (written and oral)
