Job Description Manage risk levels through constant review and effective formulation of underwriting and account management policies also the collection strategies. Provide necessary portfolio analyses and credit performance forecasts. Provide constructive feedback / alert on portfolio issues and/or any irregular trend. Developing, testing, and optimizing credit policies including full accountability for implementation of those policies and processes by considering all key financial impact. Ensure the guidelines are understood and executed correctly as well as, in line with risk management and business goals. Coordinate and effective negotiate with all stakeholders, e.g., Business, Risk management, IT, etc. Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management or related field. At least 3 -5 years of experience with credit policy and portfolio management, preferably on unsecured portfolios. Highly organized and have the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong presentation and negotiation skill to form and articulate the opinions and recommendations. Has service mind and positive attitude towards learning new challenge/cross roles.
